Delivery Terms & Conditions

Once your order has been despatched, we will email you a tracking number, allowing you to follow the progress of your fruit basket. Click here to track your delivery.

Important

Delivery to Hospitals, Maternity Wards, Nursing Homes, Government Buildings, Military Bases, Company Buildings etc, will be made to the relevant reception area.

All orders must be signed for.

These are perishable goods and once they are dispatched, it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that there is a recipient at the delivery address to accept the package. If the delivery is to a residential address and no one is available to sign and we have not been provided with instructions on where to leave the basket. The Courier will try and find a safer place to leave the gift - such as a Covered Porch area or with a neighbour. If not it will be returned to the depot and a card left with instrutions for the recipent to contact Fedex , for either collection or redelivery.

Responsibility for the gift once signed for and accepted is with the relevant authority.

All orders for next-day delivery must have been accepted by Luxury Fruit Baskets before 1:30pm on the previous weekday. Any order taken after 1:30pm on a Friday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

No deliveries are made on Mondays, Sundays, Bank Holidays or the day after Bank Holidays.

Please note that it is the buyer’s responsibility to check that somebody will be at the said premises to receive the basket. Luxury Fruit Baskets will take no responsibility if this has not been done.

Delivery to Hospitals

It is the buyer’s responsibility to check that the recipient is in the hospital and on the same ward as specified when the order was confirmed. We cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery if these terms have not been met.

Peak Times

For peak delivery periods such as Christmas, Easter, Mothers’ Day etc, please order at least four days in advance to ensure timely delivery.
