Luxury Fruit Baskets reserves the right to change its baskets due to seasons and availability. All our fruit is purchased fresh and we only use reputable suppliers. However, we will not accept any liability whatsoever for indirect loss, loss of enjoyment, loss of profit, loss of goodwill or economic loss. We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order request in whole or in part. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Luxury Fruit Baskets gives no warranties nor makes any representations of any kind whether express or implied as to the operation or performance of this site, the content, information, software or the products therein. Users access this site at their own risk and Luxury Fruit Baskets will not be liable for the loss or damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including but not limited to consequential, incidental, direct or indirect loss or damages. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, these disclaimers and our terms and conditions at any time.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to check that the person will be at the said premises to receive the basket. Luxury Fruit Baskets will take no responsibility if this has not been done.
Billing Methods, Charges and Delivery
All baskets are priced individually; this price can be found on each product page. All our prices are inclusive of delivery. Delivery days are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. More information on delivery and delivery methods can be found here.
Right to Cancel Order
As all our baskets are made to order on a daily basis, you can only cancel the order 24 hours prior to dispatch. Any orders cancelled after dispatch will incur a courier retrieval fee of £10.
We inspect everything we send out carefully before it leaves us. We also do our utmost to package and protect everything so that it does not get damaged on its way. All of our baskets are dispatched in prime condition, containing only the highest quality fruit.
As this is a fresh product, we are unable to accept any returns.
If your product has been damaged in transit or has not arrived in tip-top condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by phone on 01760 721283 or by email on email@example.com. We will ask you to take a photograph of the product with all of its packaging, and we reserve the right to arrange for a courier to collect it. We will discuss either sending a replacement product or refunding payment.
If a product or fruit is unavailable, we reserve the right to replace it with something similar. You can rely on us to choose something of comparable size and price that also fits in with the overall theme of your chosen basket.
